Nicole is the founder and CEO of Red Rock Title & Settlements, LLC. An accomplished attorney, she has been a key figure in the Virginia real estate market since 2014, after earning her law degree from Michigan State University and being admitted to the Virginia State Bar. Before founding Red Rock Title, Nicole served as Chief of Operation
Nicole is the founder and CEO of Red Rock Title & Settlements, LLC. An accomplished attorney, she has been a key figure in the Virginia real estate market since 2014, after earning her law degree from Michigan State University and being admitted to the Virginia State Bar. Before founding Red Rock Title, Nicole served as Chief of Operations for a leading title agency in Northern Virginia, where she optimized settlement processes and drove a $3 million revenue increase in the first year. She also led settlement teams and developed a new attorney training program. Nicole continues to be an active member of the REALTOR® Association and the Women’s Council of REALTORS® in Prince William County, having previously served on their boards.

Lisa is no stranger to the title escrow industry, with over 25 years of experience working in the settlement industry.
Lisa started her career in 1998 working for an attorney owned escrow company as a receptionist, part time. Lisa progressed quickly to assume the role of post closer, while simultaneously undertaking a Title Insurance Agent

Lisa started her career in 1998 working for an attorney owned escrow company as a receptionist, part time. Lisa progressed quickly to assume the role of post closer, while simultaneously undertaking a Title Insurance Agent License in the state of Virginia. On the completion and passing of her exam, Lisa started her full-time career as a licensed title insurance agent, where she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Lisa has since had the opportunity to work in positions of leadership, and obtain licensing in multiple states. She built and maintained respected Broker/Agent relationships over the course of her tenure and successfully closed escrow for many of the area’s homeowners and families. Her career was built on a foundation of solid communication, investment in and attention to the nuance of every transaction, as well as discreet and respectful client care. She brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to the team and has taken great strides in working diligently to ensure her clients settlement is smooth and memorable.
